As a global company, we are changing our process in order to reduce energy consumptions and limit environmental impact. Over the past 4 years, we have downsized our CO2 emissions by – 1,7kt.

Circular Economy.

Increasing opportunity for circular economy. We have initiated a Purchase Policy and a CSR Audit of all our suppliers.

1926

The company took a historic step forward by collaborating for almost 10 years
with Prof. Alain Carpentier, calls the father of modern mitral valve repair, with
whom the company developed a full range of cardiovascular sutures.

With a new CEO, Thierry Herbreteau, the company has embarked in a challenging
5-year strategy plan aimed at doubling its sales by 2023. This strategy is
supported by a global transformation of the company to refocus on customers
first, a revamping of its innovation and through acceleration and
internationalization.

In 2013, Peters Surgical completed a LBO with Eurazeo. In 5 years, the company
realized major acquisition: Fimed & Vitalitec, Stericat and Vectec, to focus on 5
strategic ranges: Sutures, Clips/VTO, Meshes, Surgical Glue and Laparoscopic
Instruments.
