HR Manager (m/f/d)

Markneukirchen, Germany

 

We are looking for you to support our team as a parental leave substitute as of 01.09.2021 for a limited period of 1 year.

 

What tasks are waiting for you:

  • Supporting and advising the management, specialists and executives as well as the employees in all HR-related topics
  • Management and further development of the HR department as well as implementation and integration of an HR management system into the QM system
  • Strategic further development and operative implementation of all HR topics – responsibility for the development and expansion of new processes and structures
  • Implementation and control of all HR-related topics (e.g. administration, recruiting, onboarding/ offboarding, contract design, development of employees, payroll)
  • Definition and provision of HR key figures and derivation of measures from them
  • Ensuring payroll accounting and support of the time recording system
  • Trusting and cooperative collaboration with the works council
  • Close exchange with the department heads to cover upcoming staff requirements
  • Close cooperation and communication with the HR colleagues of the Group

  • Sound and reliable knowledge of labor, social security and works constitution law
  • Good knowledge of payroll accounting desirable
  • Professional and friendly appearance, strong communication skills, decision-making and assertiveness, social competence with a high degree of empathy
  • Independent, structured, reliable and flexible way of working as well as result- and costoriented action
  • Creative and innovative abilities to develop clear solutions and implement them in a targeted manner

YOUR PROFILE

Experience :

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the medical sector, experience in working with employee representatives is an advantage

Training :

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on HR or comparable or commercial training coupled with several years of practical experience in the HR area

Languages

Fluent German and very good English skills
