We are recruiting a/an… End-of-study Intern – General Accounting – Audit

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will work closely with our accounting team and be involved in various tasks related to accounting. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Analysis of the "suppliers" account

Clearing of debtor supplier balances: understanding the information system, researching and analyzing historical balances in relation to internal buyers and suppliers, writing a procedure, and training users
Clearing of the "Unreceived Invoices" account: Analysis of the information system (ERP) functionality: analyzing the balance, identifying, and clearing unjustified balances.

Analysis of fixed assets

Clearing of assets under construction
Writing a procedure
User training

Skills

Good command of office tools

The profile we are looking for?

Education:
Accounting, management, or finance (minimum Bac+3/4)
Experience:
Knowledge of accounting software (prior experience would be a plus)
