    • In today’s episode, we’re delighted to introduce you to Cathy Tomlinson, the Chief People Officer of the Advanced Medical Solutions Group.

    ? Cathy Tomlinson joined AMS in May 2017 as Group HR Director following a successful career in human resources management at renowned companies such as Amazon or Xerox. She is currently doing her MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change and brings a wealth of expertise to our organization, especially as we embark on this massive integration.

    ? To achieve a successful integration of Peters Surgical into the Advanced Medical Solutions Group, the alignment of corporate cultures is crucial. “We’ve engaged an external consultancy who is helping us to create the vision and values” explained Cathy Tomlinson.

    The new Executive Committee is fully dedicated and excited about this new journey of growth and innovation for the Advanced Medical Solutions Group.
