We are looking for a:

Operating Room Specialist (M/F)

( CDI)

Sector: National territory

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Department, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to promote the sale of our products and ensure their optimal use by training them on our products and supporting them during product trials and workshops. You will develop your client and prospect portfolio across the entire national territory, ensuring their satisfaction with the product quality and the support provided. Your main tasks will include:

Training operating room staff on our products:

Train the medical teams in the operating room.
Lead workshops on anastomoses and mechanical stapling (cardiovascular sutures, clips & VTO, staplers…)
Provide genuine technical expertise to our clients by assisting them in the operating room, advising them on our product ranges, training them, and promoting our products and surgical procedures.
Manage the stock and inventory in the operating room.

Implement product trials with healthcare professionals in the operating room:

Support product trials in the operating room (sutures, polymer clips, adhesive, mechanical stapling, etc.).
Respond to clients' needs/questions and ensure their satisfaction.

Skills

Customer-focused and capable of understanding and responding to their needs.
An excellent communicator.

Your profile

Experience:
Knowledge of the operating room environment, surgery, and the decision-making processes in both public and private healthcare facilities would be appreciated.
Education:
Graduates of a higher commercial or medical training (nurse/operating room nurse – IBODE).
IT Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
