HR Officer Intern (M/F)

Description of the missions

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will work in an environment undergoing significant transformation, where projects are varied, and you will contribute across different initiatives. More specifically, here are your future tasks:
  1. Legal & Administrative Management:
    • Assist in optimizing and structuring our HR tools and processes (organizing employee files, referencing, filing, naming HR files and data) and our HRIS (Silae RH Pro)
    • Assist in producing HR reports and dashboards, actively suggesting improvements for these tools, and participating in all Compensation & Benefits (Comp&Ben) tender processes
    • Conduct synthesis work on various HR-related topics or social relations and social monitoring
  2. Training & Human Development:
    • Assist in optimizing training actions (liaising with the OPCO, tracking actions, preparing reports, seeking funding, etc.) and modules of our HRIS (managing skills, maintaining the skills matrix, etc.)
    • Assist in analyzing annual interview campaigns, follow-up actions on surveys and polls, etc
    • Assist in the recruitment process from A to Z, from sourcing to onboarding, and contribute to developing a school relations policy and partnerships.
    • Contribute to and participate in various ongoing HR initiatives and projects (improving HR processes, employer branding, quality of work life, etc.).

  • You have a good command of the Office Suite and tools such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Profile
  • Experience:
    You have a first experience in an internship or work-study program.
  • Education:
    Business school with a Bac+4/5 level, Master’s in Human Resources (business school, Master’s in human resources at university, IAE, etc.).
  • Languages:
    Proficiency in English is a plus given the international environment.
