We are looking for a:

Regional Sales Manager

( CDI)

Grand Est area (25-39-67-68-90)

Description of the tasks

Reporting to the Sales Department, you will contribute to our commercial development with hospitals and private clinics, and you will be responsible for achieving the objectives in your area. You will build trusting relationships with your key contacts: surgeons, operating room staff, pharmacists, purchasing managers, and become their true partner. You will develop our brand image in the sector, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the values of Peters Surgical.
  1. Promote the products in the range by emphasizing the benefits of our products/solutions and leveraging the tools provided by the support teams
  2. Conduct product demonstrations for operating room staff
  3. Identify and connect with key stakeholders in the decision-making process within the establishments in your area
  4. Analyze sales results and implement an action plan
  5. Respond, in close collaboration with the Markets department, to calls for tenders and price requests, and more broadly, collaborate with the support services.
  6. Collect and transmit all feedback from users and relevant competitive intelligence
  7. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and various conferences
  8. Assist in resolving any disputes with clients
  9. Ensure regular reporting on your activities and results

Your profile
  • Experience:
    You have proven experience as a Sales Manager in the defined sector and in the medical device field. You are familiar with the operating room environment and surgery, as well as the decision-making processes in public and private healthcare institutions.
  • Education:
    Graduated with a higher commercial education or a medical background, such as a nurse/IBODE.
  • Computer skills:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
